An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Full Time Qualified Room Leader to join our professional, friendly team!
Your role:

To meet all standards of the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage to ensure that children learn and develop well and are kept healthy and safe.

To ensure a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for all children in the nursery.

Oversee the smooth running of your Base Room, coordinating the duties and tasks of the practitioners in your Base Room Team to ensure the safeguarding, welfare, education and learning is of the highest standard.

To give support and guidance to other team members within your Base Room Team.

Work alongside the Management and staff team to ensure that the nursery philosophy is fulfilled; by reviewing systems and practice and then helping to implement changes for the continual pursuit of higher quality.

To hold a key group of children and fulfil all Key Person responsibilities.

To provide a place of safety, a place of fun and a place to gain valuable learning experiences for all children within the nursery.
